COVID-19 Volunteer Form

Thank you for expressing an interest in volunteering to help us provide COVID-19 assistance to the residents of our region. This is one of the most extensive public health programs in American history.

We greatly appreciate your desire to assist Cooper University Health Care in this very important effort.

There are a number of clinical and non-clinical roles for volunteers at our vaccination, testing sites, and hospital.
