Multicultural Fair Vendor Interest Form - Cooper University Health Care

Cooper University Health Care and its team resource groups sponsor multicultural events for team members at various times during the year. We are looking for vendors who are interested in participating in such an event at our locations throughout South Jersey. We are looking for vendors with non-edible products that represent any nationality, ethnicity, or cultural expression around the globe.

Please note that Cooper does not charge fees for vendor participation. All sales are yours to keep.
